Shanghai Jingpu Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Jingpu Instrument Factory) was founded in 2000. It is a modern enterprise integrating design, production and sales with pressure meters and temperature meters as the leading factor, liquid flow and cable fittings as supporting facilities.

passed the ISO9001 national quality system certification in 2001, and was rated as a "measurement qualification confirmation unit" by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision, and a "contract-abiding and trustworthy enterprise" by the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is a member of Sinopec's material resources plant, a member enterprise of China National Petroleum Corporation's first-class supply network, and a designated manufacturer of CNOOC, and obtained the Russian metrology license certification in 2019.
