Our factory strictly implements the quality management system in strict accordance with the ISO9001 standards to ensure that the product quality meets the standards and user requirements. Our factory promises to implement three guarantees of quality during the contract warranty period.

1, carry out product design, product selection, provide outline drawings and answer user inquiries according to user requirements;

2, assist the user in the installation and debugging on site, and provide necessary technical support and guidance;

3. If there is a quality problem in our factory, we will make a definite reply within 2 hours after receiving the user's notice, arrive at the site within 48 hours for maintenance when necessary;

4. For quality problems caused by improper installation or use, the user shall notify the user to formulate a maintenance plan within 2 hours and arrive at the site within 48 hours to provide paid services when necessary.
