Principle
The temperature measurement of the bimetal thermometer is realized by the temperature sensing of the spiral spring bimetal made of bimetal material inside the system.
The bimetallic material is composed of two inseparable metal sheets. Because the thermal expansion coefficients of the two metal sheets are different, different degrees of extension deformation will occur under the condition of temperature change. This extension deformation is approximately proportional to the temperature.
One end of the metal sheet is fixed and the other end is fixed with the indicator shaft as a body, so that when the metal sheet is stretched and deformed, the indicator shaft is driven to rotate and indicate the corresponding temperature value on the dial.
